- ABT Sportsline GmbH will honour free of charge the manufacturer’s warranty from the original purchase, for its customers who have purchased a performance upgrade and/or maximum speed upgrade, with the following restrictions.
- The new car warranty from the original purchase expires two years after the date of the first registration of the vehicle or when the vehicle reaches a mileage of 100,000 km, whichever comes first. For the engine and drive train, the new car warranty from the time of purchase ends two years after the date of the initial registration of the vehicle or when mileage of 40,000 km is reached after the engine modification, whichever comes first. It is expressly pointed out that engine tuning is only possible up to a mileage of 15,000 km.
- The warranty and the performance upgrade cannot be transferred to other vehicles. The right of modification or restoration is limited to the services provided by us. Wear parts (brake discs, brake pads, tyres, clutches, etc.) are excluded from the warranty.
- In accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and if there is a mobility guarantee, we will provide a courtesy car in the event of a breakdown and whilst the car is repaired. There is, however,no claim for reimbursement of costs for return of the vehicle or carried trailer, home travel, accommodation, loss of earnings and other indirect costs.
- ABT Sportsline GmbH does not assume any obligations arising from repair and maintenance contracts, regardless of whether these were included in the purchase price or purchased via third parties.

- In the event of a claim, please inform ABT Sportsline GmbH is immediately via telephone on +49 (0)831 / 57140 - 905 or via email to: service.technik@abt-sportsline.de. Compulsory commissioning of repair work or the preparation of a fee-based quote requires the prior written approval of ABT Sportsline GmbH. An order signed by the customer does not replace this approval.
- ABT Sportsline GmbH reserves the right to determine the damage or repair in-house. In this case, the vehicle must be delivered to ABT Sportsline GmbH at your own expense and risk. Damage-causing parts are to be sent to us for testing upon request.
- The prerequisite for the provision of any warranty service is the proper use of the vehicle outside competitive activities and regular maintenance in accordance with ABT Sportsline’s and the manufacturer's specifications.
- Unless other fuels are permitted for the vehicle in question, the minimum requirement is 102 octane (RON). Please refer to our datasheets.
- In the event of additional changes to the vehicle that have a direct or indirect influence on the deliveries and services provided by us, any warranty claim on ABT Sportsline GmbH shall be null and void.

All of our expertise has contributed to the development of this engine design - from conception to calculation to measurement. Every single engine has been meticulously assembled by our engineers and technicians and extensively tested on our in-house test bench. The result: a highly sophisticated and unique piece. It is therefore essential that the vehicle is handled properly and considerately, in accordance with the recommendations of our engineers. This includes a sufficient run-in period and use of the correct fuel (ROZ 102), if the IWI system is activated.
