Five-cylinder turbo and all-wheel drive: These keywords alone are enough to remind Audi fans of the golden age of the Sport Quattro. This concept, originally for rally sport, permeates many of the brand’s sports models, right up to the present day. The results are a unique character and incredible performance. The best example is the new Audi RS Q3, whose standard specification boasts an impressive 400 hp (294 kW) and 480 Nm. However, ABT Sportsline have boosted the hp of the engine towards Group B level. Thanks to the specially adapted and tested high-tech ABT Engine Control unit (AEC)*, the RS Q3 now delivers a hefty 440 hp (324 kW). The maximum torque of the 5-cylinder petrol engine increases to 520 Nm. Driving performance increases accordingly: The maximum speed is now 285 km/h and it sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds. The ABT start-stop switch cap awakens this high-performance beast in true style.
ABT Sportsline also offers four attractive wheel designs for the new Audi RS Q3. ABT DR, ER-C, FR and GR are available in a sturdy 20-inch size for the compact SUV. The ABT DR is also optionally available in 21-inch. ABT Sportsline chose the extremely dynamic FR for the photographed vehicle. This model is a particularly appealing interpretation of the classic five-spoke design, whose high-strength aluminium alloy enables wide spacing of the spokes. In this way, the brake calipers are also perfectly showcased. In addition, the weight of the wheels is slightly reduced, which, together with the excellent balance, increases driving pleasure. The diamond-machined outlines and mystic black finish also provide an interesting colour contrast. This sporty SUV is guaranteed to draw a lot of attention.
