Equipped with ABT Power S, the 4.0-liter V8 TFSI engine of the ABT SQ8 delivers up to 478 kW (650 hp) and offers an impressive torque of up to 850 Nm. The ABT SQ8 thus already joins the ranks of the new Audi RSQ8, which has been available to order since the end of June 2024 and will be the most powerful Q-model with 640 hp after the model update in autumn 2023. Anyone looking for unconditional sportiness and optimally tuned performance in an SUV will make no compromises with the new SQ8 from ABT Sportsline.
In addition to the SQ8 (standard: 507 hp, 770 Nm), the ABT Power S performance upgrade is available for four other drive systems. What is particularly interesting: ABT Sportsline also increases the performance of the two hybrid drive variants, which also use the 3.0-liter V6 petrol engine.
The aerodynamics kit, consisting of a front spoiler, fender inserts, rear skirt set including 4-end pipes and a rear spoiler, lends the sporty, massive appearance of the Q8 power SUVs even more dynamism. The rim program from ABT Sportsline offers two options each in 22-inch and 23-inch.
The world's largest tuner of vehicles from the Volkswagen Group also sets sporty accents in the interior. ABT dashboard and seat frame trims as well as the shift cnob cover are finished in glossy visible carbon fibre. The ABT logo is illuminated in the door sills and the start-stop switch.
“With the refinement of the Q8 and SQ8, we are offering our customers the opportunity to experience the latest version of Audi's SUV flagship with enhanced performance and an even more dynamic driving experience shortly after the model update of the series versions,” says Managing Partner Hans-Jürgen Abt.
Audi launched the first model generation of the Q8 in 2018. Since then, ABT Sportsline has continued to exploit the potential of the sporty SUV and offers performance-oriented customers numerous customization options. The ABT RSQ8-S and the 589 kW (800 hp) ABT RSQ8 Signature Edition, which is limited to 96 units, caused a particular stir.
